The NEW PMRPOA Staff

May 9, 2024: Pine Meadow Ranches Property Owners Association consists of a Board of Directors elected annually. Directors are volunteers who do not receive compensation for serving. Officers are selected by the Board of Directors. Each must own a parcel from units 3 & 4. After the 5/8/2024 Director’s Meeting the following positions are now in place:

Sophenia Damron — President

Ron Montoya — Vice President (resigned 5/14)

Jerry Damron — Secretary & Treasurer

Ron Montoya — Director (resigned 5/14)

Sophenia Damron — Director

Jerry Damron — Director

Tina Perez — Director

LaTicia Jeffries — Director

Greg Perez — Director

Michael Blankenship — Intern & OSO Liaison

TBD — Quality Control Committee Chairman

The new Treasurer will hire a CPA to perform the accounting functions.
